How does Sassy Steals work?
We love handmade and small business and we strive to help promote them through Sassy Steals. Each deal is as unique as the vendor who provides it, please pay close attention to shipping time frame and any other restrictions. We feature new and exciting Boutique Deals and Handmade Deals at a Steal of a price! If you hang around long enough you will see we also give awesome stuff away too!
Do you ship to Canada and/or Mexico?
Due to issues with tracking, we currently do not.
When will my item ship?
Each unique STEAL/DEAL is sold on behalf of different vendors, making all product ship times different. You can view the different shipping time frames in two places, on the deal itself with the cost of shipping info, as well as underneath each product on your Sassy Steals Order Confirmation.
**If the item has still not arrived and it is above the shipping timeframe stated, send us an e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll track down the vendor for you.
I can’t find my confirmation e-mail?
Check your SPAM folder. If you still are having a hard time locating it, just shoot us an e-mail at email@example.com , telling us the e-mail address you placed the order with and we can resend it.
Will I receive tracking?
Depends on the vendor. If tracking is going to be provided the deal will most likely say so.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you have an item that is broken, doesn’t fit, or you are not happy with the purchase. E-mail us with your order number and we can put you in touch with the vendor to see what their shop policy is. Sassy Steals will do its best to make sure both customer and vendor are mutually satisfied.
